Prime, through Nimmo-Bell & Associates, has provided general management services and other assistance to several New Zealand farm and forestry businesses.

We are currently providing governance and management supervision for a commercial forest operation in the country on behalf of offshore owners.

Other past work includes: 

♦ Detailed investment analysis, including financial forecasts and valuation of a forestry grant, for an established forest on the East Coast of New Zealand in support of a syndication process.

♦ The development of 400 hectares of plantation forestry and rural subdivision on 1200 hectares at Whangamata.

♦ The development of a rural property at Lake Hayes, Queenstown, including a high-quality rural subdivision and lodge.

♦ Property development, including a forestry estate, on 1600 hectares near Kerikeri.

♦ Converting 170 hectares to radiata pine at Otaki as part of a 30-person partnership.

♦ Sourcing a 500-hectare property near Dannevirke for an offshore owner’s high-quality forestry development.
