We conducted a feasibility study and business plan for a proposed beef and goat project in Rwanda

The project proposed to develop a significant block of land (6,000 hectares) in Gako in the Bugesera District.

We investigated the viability of increasing the carrying capacity of land in Gako to produce more livestock and the proposed construction of a value-added slaughter and manufacturing plant.

This work was completed on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Government of Rwanda in 2018.
